The property may charge the balance of the reservation at any time within 5 days of arrival with a 5% surcharge, which will be collected from the hotels website. This same amount will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation.
For cancellations made within 21 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will not be refundable.
